About

Hello! My name's Joselle (which I pronounce as J'selle or "Giselle"), but you can call me Jo. In a nutshell, I'm a musical theatre enthusiast, hobbyist web designer and casual gamer. I get overly excited about the smallest things, am extremely sentimental and have a compulsive need to personalize anything I own. I also like to share my discoveries in any of my interests regardless of how simplistic, minimally explored or late they are, so expect my blog to be a crazy mix of things related to any of the above, as well as life in general. I live in Toronto, by the way.

I'm not the most eloquent person because I can't seem to process things beyond how they make me feel or my reaction to them. Like when I see a play, I leave the theatre with a very specific feeling but once I get around to blogging about it, I can't get past that feeling and turn it into words. I know exactly how I reacted to it, but I don't know how to describe it well. I'm working on that too.

Why I blog

I blog simply because I like to have a place to put my thoughts. I have a terrible memory and like being able to look back and see how I've changed over time, if at all. I also secretly hope that writing will help me organize my thoughts and somehow make me a more eloquent speaker. I also love web design and all that, so a blog is a perfect outlet!

I was never a big fan of shooters because for the longest time, I was a console gamer. I can’t play shooters [...]
